Lead Drop-In Anchors(also known as caulking anchors) are rust-proof, machine bolt anchors. The pre-assembled, internal diecast Zinc alloy cone, expands the lead outer sleeve as it is pushed forward. The anchor is set by delivering hammer blows to the setting tool forcing the sleeve over the inner cone. The lead forms into hole irregularities increasing the variable holding power. The sharp collar helps prevent the cone from being drawn up through the sleeve when overloads are applied. These are designed for shallow hole applications in stone, brick, and concrete. Also suitable for light to medium, dead and variable, loads. One setting tool is included in each 100 Pack.
