SW Series EZ Smart Plugs

SW Series EZ Smart Plugs are an economical alternative pass-thru RJ45 plug designed to meet Category 5, 5e, and 6 standards. EZ plugs offer more reliable and faster terminations. The wires are inserted through the connector and out the front for verification of "proper wiring order" before crimping. Electrical performance of the termination is optimized by pulling the connector down over the cable jacket and seating it tightly. This design reduces the distance between the wire twists and the contact improving MHz performance. Unlike standard plugs, Smart Plugs are also designed to work with both solid and stranded cable.
