| Hex Nuts The Hex Nuts listed on this page are Zinc plated. Machine Screw Hex Nutsare small pattern nuts that have a thinner profile than finished hex nuts. These are the standard hex nut most often used for smaller size machine screws. Finished Hex Nutsare considered "large pattern" hex nuts and have more internal threads than standard "machine screw" nuts. It is also much easier to get a wrench on them. Most tend to prefer this style on larger sizes. |
