This Security Contact Extended Drill Bit is made with a 23/64" cutting head for a snug fit for 3/8" recessed press-fit security contacts and magnets. Most other extended bits are made with 3/8" cutting head which has resulted in loose fitting contacts and the need for silicone or glue to secure into place. It is just 1/64" smaller, but it is enough to make a difference. Made with a 1/4" Heavy Duty Reduced Shaft.
