Tinnerman Style U-Nuts are Nuts that self retains onto a panel at the edge-of-panel or a hole in the center-of-panel. Once positioned, a screw is driven through the mating panel and through the nut, securing the panels together. This particular size is often requested by our customers for mounting speakers. Works with any #8 Self Tapping Screw including sheet metal screws, wood screws, and drywall screws.
